Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Executive to manage and monitor production operations, ensure productive machine performance, maintain production quality, and support smooth day-to-day manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machines as per defined SOPs.
Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Minimize machine downtime and coordinate for quick resolution of breakdowns.
Conduct routine machine inspections and support preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
Maintain records of production output, machine issues, downtime, and maintenance activities.
Identify operational issues and take corrective actions where required.




Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other relevant teams.
Ensure proper handling and care of production equipment.
Maintain a clean, protected, and organized production area.

Requirements & Skills
4 years of relevant experience in production, machine operation, or manufacturing.
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical qualification.
Hands-on experience with production machinery and equipment.
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Positive machine troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of production SOPs, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance.
Experience in the food processing/manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Ability to maintain production and machine-related records.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with maintenance and production teams.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
