Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter who can independently handle bench marketing, candidate submissions, client/vendor relationships, and interview coordination for US IT consultants.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and market consultants available on the bench.
Identify suitable requirements from clients, vendors, MSPs, VMS portals, and recruiting partners.
Market consultants through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with vendors/clients.
Submit qualified consultants against relevant requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with vendors and consultants.
Maintain daily submission, interview, and placement reports.
Understand consultant visa status, location, skills, availability, rate, and relocation preferences.




Generate new requirements and develop new vendor/client contacts.
Follow up consistently until placement/closure.
Maintain accurate records of consultant marketing activities.

Required Skills
5+ years of US IT Bench Sales experience.
Robust knowledge of the US IT staffing/recruitment market.
Excellent understanding of US work authorization/visa types.
Experience with C2C, W2, 1099, and contract positions.
Solid vendor/client relationship management.
Valuable negotiation and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice, JobDiva, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Ability to work independently and achieve submission/interview/placement targets.
Good knowledge of US time zones and IT technologies.

Preferred
Existing network of US IT vendors and implementation partners.
Experience handling multiple consultants simultaneously.
Proven record of generating interviews and placements.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
