Role: Site Lead / Site Manager
Reports To: Regional / Area Operations Head

Role Purpose

Own the end-to-end operational, financial, safety, quality, customer, and people performance of KOLKT20. Translate business strategy into site execution and deliver secure, effective, reliable, and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities
Drive daily site operations, productivity, throughput, and SLA performance.
Own site budget, controllable costs, and productivity improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, statutory, and company standards .
Lead workforce planning, performance management, engagement, and capability building.
Manage customer, vendor, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
Identify operational gaps and drive Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure asset, infrastructure, inventory, and business-continuity readiness.
Lead operational reviews, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.
812+ years of relevant operations experience, preferably with site / warehouse / distribution / service-center leadership.
Robust experience in people leadership, cost management, safety, quality, and process improvement .
