Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage job postings on various recruitment platforms.
Maintain employee and recruitment databases.
Support onboarding and HR documentation.
Assist in employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
Required Skills
Pursuing or recently completed MBA in Human Resources (HR).
Preferred Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confidence in handling candidate interactions.
Robust problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
