To complete our milestone and to educate and entertain users, we are looking for talent who are enthusiastic about working as a full time Game Designer for 2D Kids and Match-3 Games.

Responsibilities
Innovate Game Concepts and Mechanics inspired by industry leaders like Voodoo, tailored to market trends and player preferences.
create detailed GDDs covering game mechanics, storylines, UI, and gameplay loops.
Implement data-driven strategies for in-app purchases (IAPs), ad placements, and virtual goods to optimize revenue while enhancing user experience.
Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and Firebase to track KPIs such as Retention rates, Conversion rates, and player LTV.
increase in player retention through personalized offers derived from player behavior analysis.





Requirements
Ability To drive and achieve the goal
Understanding of Mobile game design principles and industry trends
Solid analytical and research skills
Specialization in-game monetization strategies
Expertise in player behavior analysis
