Job Title: HR Recruiter – Intern (4-Month Paid Internship with Full time Chance)

Location: BT Kawade Road, Pune

Work Mode: Onsite (Monday to Friday)

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Recruiter Intern to join our recruitment team. This paid internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment across multiple domains. Upon successful completion of the 4-month internship, top performers will be considered for a full-time role based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers
Support in building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs




Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategies

Requirements:
Graduate or pursuing final year in HR or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of the recruitment process
Proficient in MS Office and online search tools
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Duration:
4 Months
