KPPL is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Design & Estimation to lead and facilitate optimized technical design, costing and estimation for our range of chemical and process equipment solutions.

Key Requirements:
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical or related Engineering discipline.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in design, estimation and costing of chemical/process equipment.
Strong domain expertise in Thermoplastics, Thermosets, FRP/GRP, HDPE and metallic equipment/solutions.
Experience in design interpretation, material selection, BOQ/BOM preparation, manufacturing costing, labour-hour estimation and techno-commercial proposals.




Ability to optimize designs and manufacturing methods to achieve competitive and technically sound solutions.
Should be conversant with engineering standards, drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
Strong analytical, commercial and coordination skills with the ability to work closely with Design, Production, Procurement, Sales and Project teams.

Ideal Candidate: A technically solid qualified who can bridge Engineering + Manufacturing + Costing + Commercial Estimation and contribute directly to improving KPPL's estimation accuracy and competitiveness.
