Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on core API equipment like Reactors (Glass-Lined & SS), Centrifuges, Agitators, ANFD, RCVD, and Blenders.
Pumps & Seals: Expertly handle, repair, and replace mechanical seals, gearboxes, bearings, and various pumps (vacuum, centrifugal, and dosing pumps).
Pipeline & Valves: Repair, modify, and install Stainless Steel (SS) and Mild Steel (MS) piping networks, process valves, and steam traps.
Utilities Support: Assist in maintaining plant utility equipment such as Chilling plants, Boilers, Cooling Towers, and Air Compressors.
Documentation & Safety: Follow proper plant safety systems, including Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) and work permits. Maintain transparent maintenance logs.

Required Candidate Profile
Education: ITI (Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 2 to 6 years of solid maintenance experience in an API, Bulk Drug, or Chemical process plant.
Skills:



Strong knowledge of shaft alignment, mechanical seal fitting, structural fabrication, and ability to read basic engineering drawings.
Flexibility: Must be comfortable and physically fit to work continuous 12-hour shifts.

In-Hand Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹34,000 / month (Depending on experience and interview performance).
