We are looking for energetic, confident and communication-skilled candidates to join our growing education consultancy team in Punalur, Kollam.

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads.

Understand students' career interests and educational requirements.

Explain suitable courses, colleges and admission prospects.

Follow up with interested students regularly.

Schedule counselling sessions and appointments.

Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.

Convert enquiries into admissions through qualified communication.

Achieve daily and monthly calling & admission targets.

Requirements:





Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and English.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales/counselling experience is an advantage.

Candidates with strong convincing and interpersonal skills are preferred.

Salary: ₹10000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Location: Punalur, Kollam, Kerala
