Quantity Surveyor – High-Rise & Hotel Projects

Project Exposure

Bangalore: High-rise residential development comprising two towers with basements and approximately 31 floors, using Mivan formwork.

Amaravati/Vijayawada: Multi-storey 4-star hotel project with three basements.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity surveying, billing, cost control and commercial documentation across high-rise residential and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
Handle client and subcontractor RA billing.
Conduct and verify site measurements.
Monitor budgets, quantities and project costs.
Prepare rate analysis.
Manage variations, deviations and extra items.




Review drawings and specifications for quantity implications.
Perform material reconciliation.
Maintain measurement and billing documentation.
Coordinate with project, procurement, planning and accounts teams.
Support cost forecasts and commercial reporting.

Candidate Profile
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
5–10 years of relevant quantity-surveying experience.
Solid BOQ, billing, measurement and rate-analysis knowledge.
Experience in high-rise residential, hotel or commercial projects.
Mivan-project exposure preferred.
Good understanding of contracts and tendering.
Solid Excel and analytical skills.

Compensation

₹50,000–₹70,000 per month, subject to experience and suitability.
