OPERATIONS MANAGER – HEALTH CARE DIVISION

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

An MEA Licensed Overseas Recruiting Agency, with over four decades of experience in international recruitment, invites applications for the position of Operations Manager – Health Care

Role
Develop recent international recruitment business, with a focus on Japan, particularly healthcare/caregiver recruitment for international Markets.
Develop candidate sourcing channels in India, coordinate with Japanese language and third-party skill-training institutes and setting up in-house training facility.
Liaise with Embassies, Consulates and relevant authorities regarding employment prospects, visa procedures and recruitment requirements.
Manage client discussions, proposals and recruitment projects, with necessary coordination with internal teams.



Establish relationships and business alliances with overseas employers, recruitment partners and institutions.
Undertake domestic and international travel for setting up pilot project for Health Care recruitment.

Candidate Profile
7+ years operational experience in Health Care administration, management and recruitment.
Experience with an overseas recruitment company will be an asset.
Graduates/suitable qualifications in Health Care management.
Multiple language skills will be an asset.
Age: Above 30 years.
Solid communication, networking and negotiation skills.

Compensation: Negotiable and commensurate with relevant experience.
