Profile- HR Executive

Experience: Min 4 Years

Salary : upto 4.2 lpa

Working day: 6 days(2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Work Location: Vile Parle(West), Mumbai

Education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any stream or diploma in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Business Administration, or related field.

Proficient in computer systems and applications.

Requirements and skills:

∙ Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR or similar role

∙ Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

∙ Basic knowledge of labor legislation

∙ Experience using spreadsheets

∙ Organizational skills

∙ Positive verbal and written communication skills





∙ BSc/Bcom/BA /Human Resources Management or relevant field.

Responsibilities:

∙ Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.

∙ Update internal databases with current hire information.

∙ Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.

∙ Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.

∙ Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department.

∙ Attendance/Leave management of staff.

∙ Generate the offer/contract letter.
