Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our team at Incheon KIA.

Freshers with a solid interest in accounting are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Maintain invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting records.
Maintain and update ledgers and accounting entries.
Assist with bank and cash reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly accounts-related reports.
Assist in maintaining accurate financial documentation and records.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
Support the team in month-end and year-end accounting activities.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
Maintain accounting records and perform accounting entries using Tally.
Assist with GST-related accounting and compliance activities.
Basic knowledge of TDS and TCS,



including applicable calculations, entries, and documentation.
Assist in preparing and maintaining TDS, TCS, and GST-related records and reports.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
B.Com / M.Com graduates are preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with 0–3 years of relevant experience are eligible.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
