About the Role

As a part of the Placement Operations team of upGrad's Learning Support Centres, you will play a key role in managing placement-related operations, including data handling, resume screening, and coordination

for placement drives.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain, update, and manage placement data using MS Excel with high accuracy.
Screen and shortlist resumes against defined job requirements.
Organize candidate databases and track progress across placement stages.
Coordinate with internal teams for placement drives and related activities.
Prepare placement reports and ensure timely, confidential data updates.
Empowering learners to launch successful careers by bridging the gap between industry-aligned training and top corporate placements.

Skills & Experience
Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, filters, sorting, and reporting).
Ability to screen and assess candidate resumes.




Solid attention-to-detail and communication skills.

Open to graduate freshers with an interest in operations and recruitment.
