Job Description

We are hiring target-driven Academic Counsellors with minimum 6 months experience in cold calling / tele sales. The role involves outbound calling, pitching academic programs, handling objections, and closing enrolments.

Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound cold calls
Pitch courses and convert leads into sales
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements
6+ months cold calling / sales experience
Excellent communication (English & Hindi)
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Comfortable with pressure and targets
