Paytm is hiring for the role of Product Design Intern!

Responsibilities of the Intern:
Work on product flows, user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
Understand user needs and translate them into explicit design solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers.
Create interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder reviews.
Contribute to UX research insights, competitor analysis, and usability improvements.
Design experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and scalable.
Use design systems to maintain consistency across products.
Take feedback, iterate fast, and improve design quality with every round.

Requirements:
Final-year student pursuing a degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.




Strong UX fundamentals and product thinking.
Positive visual design skills with attention to detail.
Ability to understand problems, explore alternatives, and clearly explain design decisions.
Understanding of user flows, interaction patterns, wireframing, and prototyping.
Hands-on experience with Figma or similar design tools with an understanding of design systems.
Familiarity with AI tools as part of the design workflow.
Curiosity, ownership, and openness to feedback.
A portfolio with solid case studies or UX explorations that demonstrate your process and thinking.
