Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in the relevant subject from a recognised university.
B.Ed., D.El.Ed., D.Ed., ECCEd. or other relevant professional qualification, as applicable to the post.
CTET Paper I / Paper II, wherever applicable.
Candidates must fulfil the CBSE-prescribed qualifications for the respective post.
Relevant teaching experience will be preferred.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and the academic team.
Student-centred approach with a focus on holistic development.
Comfortable using technology and AI-enabled tools in teaching and learning.
Innovative, growth-oriented, self-driven and disciplined.
Willingness to participate in clubs, competitions, school activities and community outreach programmes.





Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive and interactive classroom setting.
Assess and monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain classroom discipline and support students' overall development.
Collaborate with teachers and the academic team in curriculum planning and school activities.
Encourage students to develop solid communication, reading, writing and problem-solving skills through creative teaching approaches.
Use appropriate digital and technology-based resources to enhance learning.
