Statutory Clearances: Spearhead the preparation, submission, and continuous tracking of applications for Environmental Clearances (EC) and Forest Conservation Act (FCA) approvals.
Rights & Titles: Manage complex documentation and coordination related to Forest Rights Act (FRA) titles, land acquisition, and surface rights.
Operational Reporting: Ensure the timely, accurate formulation and filing of monthly and annual returns to the Indian Bureau of Mines (IBM).
Record Management: Oversee the strict maintenance of statutory registers, production logs, and Mineral Conservation and Development Rules (MCDR) logbooks.
Mining Plans & Leases: Draft and submit official letters and legal representations for modified mining plan approvals, lease execution, and stamp duty rationalization.
Site Inspections: Prepare project sites and documentation for audits and routine inspections by regulatory authorities to ensure zero compliance breaches.
Government Liaison: Build and maintain proactive relationships with the MoEFCC, Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS),



IBM, and regional State Revenue and Mining Departments.
Dispute Resolution: Draft technical responses, legal notices, and representations to address regulatory queries, show-cause notices, or compliance discrepancies.
Internal Alignment: Work closely with technical, geological, and legal teams to ensure on-ground mining operations align perfectly with approved regulatory boundaries and plans.
Education: Degree or Diploma in Mine Management, Environmental Science, Law, or a related technical discipline.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of the MMDR Act, MCR, MCDR, and state-specific mineral auction rules.
Skills: Exceptional legal drafting capabilities, robust negotiation skills, and a high degree of mobility for on-field government coordination.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
