Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a Branch Manager responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that business goals are achieved while maintaining a strong focus on customer service. The Branch Manager will lead the team in driving sales, managing resources, and enhancing the overall performance of the branch. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing staff,



establishing and maintaining solid relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will work on strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting to higher management to support branch growth.

Robust leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven experience in sales and customer service within the insurance industry
Analytical skills for performance assessment and strategy development
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant industry tools
