Experience: 3 – 8 Years in Beverage Industry

CTC Range: ₹4.0 – ₹6.0 LPA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage and support end-to-end execution of packaging machinery projects, including fillers, cappers, conveyors, and palletizers. The role involves close coordination with internal departments, clients, and site teams to ensure project milestones are met with efficiency, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project execution from planning to commissioning and handover.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, documentation, and material lists.
Liaise with engineering, procurement, and service teams for on-time delivery.
Track installation and commissioning activities at client sites.
Support the team in FAT/SAT preparation, site coordination,



and client communication.
Maintain project reports, cost tracking, and progress updates.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards throughout project lifecycle.

Required Skills:
Solid technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Excellent Excel and project documentation skills.
Positive communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with MS Project / ERP / AutoCAD preferred.
