Job Title: Feed Mill Incharge

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily feed mill production and operations.
Plan production according to feed requirements and schedules.
Monitor raw material receiving, storage, and inventory.
Ensure proper feed formulation, mixing, grinding, and processing.
Maintain feed quality and production standards.
Supervise feed mill workers and assign daily duties.
Monitor machinery and coordinate maintenance/repairs.
Maintain production, stock, and wastage records.
Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.
Coordinate with purchase, poultry farm, quality, and management teams.
Control production costs and minimize material wastage.

Requirements:
Experience in poultry feed mill operations preferred.
Knowledge of feed production processes and machinery.
Positive team-management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain production and inventory records.
Willingness to work in a poultry/feed mill workplace.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
