Job Title: Product Development Engineer (Diploma Mechanical)

Location: Kolhapur

Role Objective

To support product development and production activities through hands-on execution in assembly, basic machine operations, and quality checks, while learning end-to-end product build processes under senior guidance.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop recent products and improve existing products.
Prepare and modify 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD.
Prepare BOMs, technical drawings, and product documentation.
Develop prototypes and conduct product testing and validation.
Identify design issues and implement effective solutions.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Service, and R&D; teams.
Analyze customer/service feedback and implement product improvements.




Support cost reduction, quality improvement, and product reliability initiatives.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawings.
Good understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of BOM preparation and technical documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Hands-on experience in industrial machinery/product development will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,302.61 - ₹20,689.16 per month
