Job Summary

WeShine Academy is looking for passionate and knowledgeable TNPSC Trainers to train and mentor aspirants preparing for TNPSC Group 1, Group 2, Group 2A, Group 4 and other competitive examinations.

We are looking for trainers with strong knowledge in Tamil, History, Indian Polity, Geography, Economics, General Studies and related TNPSC subjects.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and exam-oriented TNPSC coaching classes.
Teach assigned subjects according to the latest TNPSC syllabus.
Explain concepts clearly in Tamil and/or English.
Prepare study materials, practice questions, and mock tests.
Conduct revision and doubt-clearing sessions.
Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
Help students improve their accuracy, speed, and examination performance.
Stay updated with TNPSC notifications, syllabus, exam pattern, and current affairs.

Eligibility
Bachelor's / Master's degree in the relevant subject.
Strong subject knowledge and interest in competitive exam coaching.
