Role:
We are looking for a Nutritionist Trainer to train and coach Nutritionist/Health Coach teams handling Diabetes and GLP-1-based programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver onboarding and training programs.
Create training content, SOPs, scripts, assessments and role-plays.
Train teams on counselling, consultative selling and objection handling.
Conduct mock calls, call audits and performance coaching.
Identify skill gaps and drive improvement through targeted coaching.




Track training impact through conversion, quality and productivity metrics.
Collaborate with Sales, Product and Medical teams.

Requirements:
4 - 10 years of experience in Nutritionist Training/Enablement.
Solid counselling, communication and facilitation skills.
Experience in healthcare, wellness or health-tech preferred.
Knowledge of Diabetes/GLP-1 is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree; Healthcare/Life Sciences preferred.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
