Manage day-to-day operations of the skin clinic.
Lead and supervise reception, counsellors, therapists and other staff.
Manage patient appointments, follow-ups and clinic schedules.
Handle patient enquiries and ensure excellent patient experience.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets for the clinic.
Convert leads and walk-in enquiries into consultations and treatments.
Monitor treatment/package sales, daily collections and conversion rates.
Follow up with leads, existing patients and potential customers.
Motivate and guide the counselling team to improve sales performance.
Promote suitable skin and aesthetic treatments/packages to patients.
Coordinate with doctors and treatment staff for smooth patient flow.
Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally.
Maintain daily sales, appointment and performance reports.
Monitor inventory of skincare products and clinic supplies.
Ensure clinic cleanliness, hygiene and qualified standards.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
