Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and proactive Business Operations & Management Executive to work closely with senior management and handle business operations, client coordination, vendor management, and management support activities.

Key Responsibilities
Attend and coordinate business & client meetings.
Handle client communication and negotiations.
Manage vendors and external business partners.
Coordinate daily business operations and follow-ups.
Support management with scheduling, meetings, travel, and administrative tasks.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.




Travel when required for client/business meetings.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust negotiation and client-handling skills.
Vendor management and coordination.
Good MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint skills.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working closely with senior management in a PA/EA capacity.
Willingness to travel as required.
