Job Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves meeting potential clients, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business prospects.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate and close business deals.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Operations teams for smooth execution.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain client records and prepare sales reports.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



or a related field.
MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Sales.
Experience in Event Management, Wedding Industry, or Corporate Services is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹58,262.15 per month
