Job Description

We are looking for a confident and fluent Telecaller Executive with excellent English communication skills to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services.
Handle inbound calls and respond professionally to customer queries.
Follow up with leads through calls and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Maintain call records, lead status, and daily calling reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into business.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




Build positive relationships with prospects through skilled communication.

Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Positive listening and convincing abilities.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to handle targets and work in a quick-paced environment.
Freshers with strong English communication skills can also apply.
