Building Management System Sales Manager / Sales Executive – West India (Mumbai Region)

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of BMS and Building Automation solutions across Mumbai & West India.

Manage relationships with consultants, system integrators, contractors, and key clients.

Generate project specifications and identify recent business prospects.

Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and customer meetings.

Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.

Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy project pipeline.

Requirements

Graduate in Engineering or related field.

3–4+ years of experience in BMS, Building Automation, HVAC, ELV, or related solution sales.

Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Experience handling consultants, system integrators, and project sales.

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Travel: West India

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
