Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 1–4 years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Tally, GST, Payroll, Auditing, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Maintain and update accounts using Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
Manage GST-related activities, including data preparation and filing support.
Assist with payroll processing, salary calculations, deductions, and related records.
Support internal and external audit activities and provide required documents.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and assist with monthly financial closing activities.
Prepare basic MIS reports and financial statements as required.
Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.




Coordinate with internal teams for finance and accounting-related requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation procedures.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
Knowledge of GST and basic taxation.
Practical knowledge of Payroll processing.
Understanding of Auditing and accounting procedures.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
1–4 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally, GST, Payroll, and Auditing will be preferred.
