About the Role
We are a growing book publication house seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive the sales and distribution of our educational and general books across Hyderabad. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on face-to-face client engagement, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for the publishing industry.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for book materials across assigned territory
Identify and onboard recent institutional clients including schools, colleges, coaching centers, libraries, and bookstores
Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers
Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups across the assigned territory
Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, delivery, and payment collection
Gather competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback; report to management
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables
Execute marketing campaigns, book fairs, and promotional events in the territory

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred)
1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in publishing, books, stationery, or FMCG distribution
Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

Skills & Competencies
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field role
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools for reporting
Familiarity with the education ecosystem (schools, colleges, coaching centers) is a robust plus
