Key Focus:* Day-to-day billing management, SAP system operations, advanced Excel maintenance, and handling commercial email correspondence in English.

Key Responsibilities:

Billing & SAP:* Generating, verifying, and processing invoices, delivery challans, and tax documents accurately within SAP; tracking ledgers and inventory alignment.

Excel Reporting:* Maintaining complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and preparing MIS reports.

Commercial Communication:* Drafting and responding to skilled commercial emails with vendors, clients, and internal teams in English.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:* 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in billing, data entry, or SAP operations (corporate/manufacturing/warehouse background preferred).

Technical Skills: Robust working proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Excel*.

Communication:* Valuable written and verbal English skills for business correspondence.
