· Manage day-to-day Clinical Sales & operations to ensure smooth and productive functioning

· Supervise front office, therapists, consultants, and support staff

· Ensure excellent client service and satisfaction at all touchpoints

· Coordinate appointment scheduling, staff rosters, and workflow planning

· Monitor clinic performance, daily reports, operational & Sales targets.

· Support the team in achieving revenue and service goals

· Handle client queries, feedback, and basic issue resolution professionally

· Ensure clinic cleanliness, discipline, and adherence to internal processes

· Coordinate with head office for reports, inventory, and administrative updates

· Minimum years of experience in slimming clinic, wellness center, fitness center ,Aesthetic, Salon or Retail Industry is mandatory





· Experience in Sales & Revenue generation is mandatory.

· Valuable communication skills and interpersonal skills

· Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports, CRM or billing software)

· Robust leadership and people-management abilities

· working on weekends is mandatory & can avail week off on alternative days.

· Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
