Night Manager (Hospital Operations)

Location: KINS Hospital, Siliguri
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)

Rotational Shifts
Night Duty as per roster
Weekly Off as per hospital policy

Key Responsibilities
Overall supervision of hospital operations during the assigned shift.
Coordinate Admissions, Billing, Emergency, ICU, Wards, OT, and Diagnostic Services.
Handle patient and attendant concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and service quality.
Respond to emergencies and escalate critical issues to management.
Ensure hospital safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness throughout the shift.
Prepare shift handover and incident reports.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (Hospital Management qualification preferred).
1–5 years of experience in hospital operations, nursing administration, front office, or patient services.




Candidates with solid communication and leadership skills may also apply.
Good communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali will be a necessity.
Computer knowledge is Mandatory.
