About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising, lead generation, social media marketing, and organic growth. The ideal candidate should be able to independently plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Generate quality leads through paid campaigns while maintaining and improving campaign ROI.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make regular optimizations.
Develop strategies to generate organic leads through social media, content, SEO, and other digital channels.
Manage and grow the company's Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Create and execute social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and leads.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and market analysis.
Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives, videos, posts, reels, and other marketing content.
Track leads and campaign performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools.




Prepare regular reports covering leads, conversions, ad spend, CPL, engagement, traffic, and overall performance.
Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, advertising policies, and digital marketing techniques.

Required Skills
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Experience in paid lead generation and campaign optimization
Ability to generate organic leads
Valuable knowledge of social media marketing and management
Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and website traffic generation
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns
Solid understanding of CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions, and campaign performance

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have personally managed and optimized live paid campaigns and can demonstrate actual lead-generation results will be preferred.
