Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of hostel students.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and proper hostel routines.
Monitor students’ study hours, meals, attendance, and daily activities.
Handle student concerns and provide guidance and support.
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school management when required.
Maintain hostel records and report any issues promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Previous hostel/student supervision experience preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid discipline, patience, and leadership qualities.
Ability to handle emergencies and student-related situations responsibly.
