We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for Mechanical Engineering graduates who are eager to build their careers in production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Production Engineering
Support daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Participate in Current Product Development (NPD) activities, including process validation and production readiness.
Monitor production processes and recommend improvements for quality and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.





Requirements
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering/ ITI/ Diploma in mechanical.
1 to 5 years of experience in Quality or Production Engineering.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality inspection techniques.
Valuable analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
