Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating architectural BIM models across all project stages — from concept to construction documentation. This role focuses purely on architectural scope, ensuring design intent, detailing accuracy, and documentation quality within BIM environments.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Translate conceptual designs into accurate BIM-based working drawings.
Prepare GA drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed architectural packages.
Develop façade details, interior detailing, and architectural components.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and architectural standards.
Maintain architectural BIM standards, templates, and families.
Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP teams (limited to coordination, not design).
Perform model audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.




Support site teams with architectural model clarifications.
Update models based on RFIs and design revisions.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. (Mandatory)
2–4 years of experience in architectural design and BIM modeling.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architectural).
Solid understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects.
Knowledge of local building regulations and submission processes.
Strong visualization and spatial coordination skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
