Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tamil-Speaking Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, speaking with prospective customers/students, providing information about our services, following up on enquiries, and supporting the team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers/students and generate enquiries.
Communicate with customers in Tamil professionally.
Explain courses, services, offers, or other relevant information clearly.
Follow up with leads through calls and messages.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Convert qualified leads into appointments, admissions, or sales as applicable.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the admission team for further follow-up.
Handle customer questions and provide appropriate assistance.




Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.

Requirements
Good communication skills in Tamil.
Fresher or candidates with 0–2 years of telecalling/customer service experience can apply.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
