We are looking for a driven and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business prospects through tele sales and cold calling while managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and generate current business leads through cold calling,
Tele Sales: Reach out to prospective clients over phone/email to introduce company products/services, qualify leads, and set up meetings.
Quotation Generation: Prepare and share accurate, timely quotations/proposals based on client requirements, in coordination with internal teams.
Prospecting & Closure: Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline — from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure — to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update records with accurate lead and client information.
Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution post-closure.
Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.

General Insurance Knowledge Required
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent tele-calling and negotiation abilities
Confident and presentable for client-facing field visits
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Proficiency in email correspondence and professional email etiquette
Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, tracking)

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline
0–2 years of experience in Sales / Tele Sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Prior experience in telesales & Cold Calling required

What We Offer
Fixed salary + attractive incentive structure

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
