Build the streaming backbone that ingests thousands of video and sensor streams, runs analytics in real time, and routes alerts to operators in under five minutes — without dropping a frame.

What you'll do
Design high-throughput, low-latency pipelines for video and sensor ingestion.
Build the event, alerting and integration layer that fans out to operator systems.
Make the platform scale from a single site to thousands of cameras without re-architecting.
Own reliability, observability and back-pressure handling across the stream.

What we look for
4+ years building distributed, real-time or streaming backend systems.
Solid in Go, Rust, Python or C++ and message/streaming systems (Kafka, NATS, gRPC).
Comfortable with containers, GPUs and on-prem/air-gapped deployment constraints.
Bias toward correctness and observability in systems that can't fail.
