Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE) – Fresher

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Fresher
Location: Mohali
Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients.
Generate and qualify recent business leads.
Introduce company services and understand client requirements.
Schedule meetings or appointments for senior sales representatives.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Update lead details, call logs, and client interactions in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Handle client queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.




Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare basic reports on calling activities and sales progress.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Confident and qualified telephone etiquette.
Good English speaking and listening skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Willingness to work in the night shift.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-driven setting.

Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior internship or calling experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
