We are looking for a caring, patient, and responsible Shadow Teacher / 1:1 Special Educator to provide dedicated support to a student at The Shri Ram Academy, Gachibowli. The role involves supporting the child’s academic learning, classroom participation, daily routines, and overall well-being while coordinating with teachers and parents.

Job Location - Gachibowli

Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one support throughout the school day.
Support the child’s academic learning, classroom participation, and progress.
Assist with classroom activities, assignments, routines, and transitions.
Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and social interaction.
Observe and communicate the child’s progress and areas requiring attention.
Coordinate with teachers and parents to ensure consistent support.




Maintain appropriate records and strict confidentiality.
Ensure the child’s safety, comfort, and positive engagement at school.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in special education is required.
Experience as a Shadow Teacher / Special Educator / 1:1 Educator preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, empathetic, attentive, and responsible.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents.
Skilled approach with a solid commitment to the child’s well-being.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
