We are looking for a motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations in a quick service restaurant. This role involves assisting in team supervision, ensuring smooth shift operations, and maintaining service, quality, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
Supervise team members during shifts and ensure smooth workflow
Maintain standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
Assist in staff scheduling and shift planning
Monitor inventory and minimize wastage
Handle basic customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
Support in achieving store targets and operational goals
Eligibility Criteria:
2–3 years of experience in restaurant/QSR or hospitality industry
Basic team handling or supervisory experience preferred
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
