Sales Executive – Mattress Shop/Showroom

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive with previous sales experience in a mattress shop or mattress retail showroom. The candidate should be confident in dealing with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining mattress features, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers and understand their mattress requirements.
Explain different mattress types, features, perks, and prices.
Recommend suitable mattresses based on customer needs and budget.
Handle customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and provide a positive showroom experience.




Maintain proper product and sales information in the showroom.
Coordinate with the team for billing, delivery, and other customer requirements.

Requirements
Previous Sales Executive experience in a mattress shop/showroom is compulsory.
2–4 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a retail showroom.
Positive attitude, confidence, and interpersonal skills.

Note: Candidates without previous mattress shop/showroom sales experience will not be considered.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
