Tulip Arena is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant F&B; Manager to support the overall operations of the Food & Beverage department. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, supervising restaurant and banquet operations, managing staff, and assisting in achieving departmental revenue and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily F&B; operations, including restaurant, banquet, and room service.
Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
Supervise and guide F&B; service staff during shifts.
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
Monitor staff grooming, attendance, and performance.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Assist in planning menus, promotions, and special events.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
Monitor inventory, stock consumption, and departmental costs.




Support the F&B; Manager in achieving sales and revenue targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
2–5 years of experience in F&B; Service, Restaurant, Banquet, or Hotel Operations.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Skills Required
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant and banquet operations.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced setting.
Basic computer and reporting skills.
