We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and Ledger Reconciliation.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Manage GST, TDS, PT and other statutory compliances.
Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and reconciliation of GST data.
Handle TDS calculations, returns, payments and reconciliation.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit, tax audit and internal audit.
Monitor vendor/customer outstanding and follow up for timely payments and collections.
Perform monthly closing and assist in finalization of accounts.
Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, expenses and supporting documents.




Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
Assist management with financial analysis, budgeting and MIS reporting.
Coordinate with banks, consultants, auditors and other external parties.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Finalization of Accounts.
Positive knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Positive knowledge of ERP/accounting software.
