Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Professor in Pharmaceutical Chemistry to join our Faculty of Pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, conducting practical lab sessions, and mentoring students in the field of drug design, synthesis, and analysis. Freshers with a solid academic record and a passion for teaching are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Teaching: Deliver lectures to B.Pharm and D.Pharm students covering topics such as Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, and Biochemistry.
Lab Management: Supervise laboratory experiments, ensuring students follow safety protocols and maintain accurate records of chemical synthesis and analysis.
Curriculum Development: Assist in preparing lesson plans, course materials, and internal assessments in alignment with PCI and University guidelines.
Student Mentorship: Guide students in their academic progress, career choices, and research projects.
Administrative Duties:



Participate in departmental meetings, accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA), and college events.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

In-depth knowledge of Spectroscopy (IR, NMR, UV) and Chromatographic techniques.
Robust command over chemical reactions and synthetic pathways.
Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) for creating educational content.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
A "learning mindset" to stay updated with the latest trends in drug discovery.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹26,001.12 - ₹38,520.72 per month
