Home Sample Collection
Collect blood, urine, and other diagnostic samples from patients at home.
Ensure timely arrival at assigned locations.
Sample Quality & Safety
Follow proper phlebotomy, hygiene, and infection-control procedures.
Ensure correct labeling, storage, and transportation of samples.
Patient Handling
Communicate politely and professionally with patients.
Explain the sample-collection process and handle patient concerns.
Timely Sample Handover
Submit collected samples to the designated laboratory/collection centre within the required TAT.
Avoid sample rejection due to improper collection or handling.
Documentation & App Updates
Update collection status, patient details, and sample information accurately in the required app/HRMS system.
Maintain proper records of all home visits.
Attendance & Discipline
Maintain regular attendance and follow assigned schedules.
Complete daily punch-in/punch-out and reporting requirements.
Customer Service
Maintain skilled behaviour and ensure a positive patient experience.
Escalate complaints or issues to the reporting manager immediately.
Productivity
Complete assigned home visits/collections efficiently.
Minimize cancellations, delays, and missed appointments.
Equipment & Inventory
Maintain phlebotomy equipment and ensure adequate collection materials.
Report shortages or damaged equipment promptly.
Compliance
Follow company SOPs, laboratory guidelines, and safety protocols at all times.
