Core Design Responsibilities
Advanced Modeling: Draft high-precision blueprints and site plans using AutoCAD.
3D Visualization: Develop realistic exterior elevation designs using SketchUp to help clients visualize the final product.
Interior Design Coordination: Plan interior spatial layouts, including material specifications, lighting placement, and structural modifications for aesthetic upgrades.
Technical Requirements
Software Mastery: * AutoCAD: (Expert) For 2D drafting and technical detailing.
SketchUp: (Advanced) For rapid 3D modeling and elevation concepts.
Revit: (Intermediate/Advanced) For full-scale BIM project delivery.
V-Ray/Lumion: (Preferred) A bonus if you can turn models into high-end renders.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
